  • Where are you located?

    Our address is 201 E Rudisill Plaza Suite B102, Fort Wayne, IN 46806. We are in the Rudisill Plaza on the corner of Clinton and Rudisill Blvd. We are on the lower level/basement in the same building as FSSA – Food Stamps and Medicaid, DCS, WorkOne, Bowen Health Clinic, etc.

  • What can you help with?

    We can help get you connected to any services and/or resources you may need. Those services include, but are not limited to: Food, Housing, Rent/Utility Asst, Hygiene, Clothing, Diapers, Case Management, Skills Coaching, Mental Health Counseling, Substance Use Resources, Healthcare, and MORE!

  • What are your hours?

    We are open Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm with a closure lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm

  • How long will it take?

    How long it takes really depends on what services you may need, how many services you may need, and how busy we may be that day. Appointments usually last about 40 minutes on average. Sometimes is faster and sometimes it takes a little longer.

  • What do I need to bring with me?

    It helps if you can bring a photo ID if you have one. If not, no worries!

  • Will one of your staff be my ongoing worker?

    Our navigators will help directly connect you to the services you need and assist with setting up an ongoing worker from one of our on site or off site partner agencies that will provide services for you. While our navigators will not necessarily carry your case ongoing, we will always be here as a supportive resource for you should you need additional services in the future.

  • How do you help with food?

    We will provide you with food resources on the spot and then assess your needs. Once assessed, we will connect you to area agencies that can assist you moving forward.

  • How do you help with housing?

    There are a variety of ways we might be able to help with housing. We can connect you to area agencies that provide financial assistance, help you complete applications for apartments or for Fort Wayne Housing Authority, walk you through resources to show you what you may qualify for if you’re ready to find an apartment or home to rent, and get you set up with someone who can walk alongside you as you navigate the housing process.

  • Do you have interpreters?

    We do! Our manager is bi-lingual in Spanish and we have an interpreter who speaks Burmese every Wednesday from 1pm-5pm and Friday from 9am-1pm onsite. We also have access to video interpretaton in any language.

  • What if I don't have insurance?

    At CONNECT Allen County there is no fee for our services. When we meet with you, we will assess your needs and ask about insurance. If you do not have insurance we will be sure to connect you with a partnering agency who is able to assist you without insurance. If you do have insurance we will connect you with a partner agency who accepts your insurance.
